1) Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or accessing any digital product from Japan Life Coach LLC (including online courses, downloadable e‑books, PDFs, templates, or other digital resources), you agree to these Terms.

2) Digital Access & Delivery
Access to purchased digital products is provided electronically (via download and/or a hosted course platform).
“Lifetime access” (if stated) means for as long as the product is actively offered and hosted by us, not a guaranteed perpetual service.

We may update, improve, or modify content over time. Updates to the same product may be included, but new products/versions (e.g., a separate “V2,” “Advanced Edition,” or a re‑filmed program) are not included unless explicitly stated.
We may change hosting platforms or delivery methods. If we migrate platforms, we’ll provide reasonable instructions for continued access.

3) License & Intellectual Property
All course and e‑book content is owned by Japan Life Coach LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license for your individual use.

You may not:

• Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, post, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any materials

• Upload materials to shared drives, public links, social media, or company-wide libraries

• Record, rip, or redistribute videos or paid materials

• Use our content, voice, likeness, or materials to train AI models, create synthetic media, or generate derivative AI content
  Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4) Payments & Payment Plans
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on scheduled dates. Payment plans are non‑cancelable, and you remain responsible for completing all payments. If a payment fails, we may pause access until the account is brought current.

5) No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for: Digital courses, Downloadable e‑books/PDFs.

Exception: If you have a genuine access/delivery issue caused by our system, contact us at Support Email (noted above) within 7 days of purchase and we’ll work to resolve it. Refunds may be issued only if we cannot provide access due to our error, or where required by law.

6) Educational Use & Results Disclaimer
Our materials are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Results vary based on your industry, circumstances, and implementation. We make no guarantees of outcomes.

7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8) Policy Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website is the current version.
